Today’s Sunday Photo was taken when I visited Berlin with Ollie and Lyle in April.
One of the highlights of the trip for me was visiting the Brandenburg Gate, and actually being able to walk underneath it from one side to the other. Now that might not seem like a big deal for some people. But considering that it was impossible for so many years, it was one of my absolute must-do’s for our trip. We spotted this statue at the side of the gate, and stopped to take photos. I got into a discussion with a couple of men about which god the statue represents. We couldn’t decide, and even after a quick Google, I was none the wiser. Any ideas?
