A massage. The last one was a good 10 years ago and there is unlikely to be another any time soon, but lying there as someone gets the knots out is divine

Long walk with the dog and family, sunday lunch, glass of white wine in front of the telly, and an early night with the OH, I like Sundays!

So easy as it is a full body massage which I usually have 4 times a year, but haven’t had for 2 or 3 years

15 minutes in the garden with a cuppa watching the birds is all the pampering I need these days, homeschooling an immunosuppressed child with special needs does not give me much me time!
