CLOSED: Win Tickets to the BBC Good Food Show 2017

This giveaway is now closed, and the winner of  2 tickets to the BBC Good Food Show will be announced soon.

In today's 5th Blog Anniversary Giveaway, one lucky SallyAkins.com reader will win 2 tickets to the BBC Good Food Show in November!

The BBC Good Food Show is always one of my favourite events of the year – there’s so much to see and do. And because it’s held at the NEC in Birmingham, it’s easy to get to as well. I’ve visited the show for several years now, and always have a great day. There’s masses of food and drink to try and buy, cookery demonstrations, celebrity book signings. It’s a really packed day out!

There are a number of BBC Good Food Shows throughout the year, taking place in locations across the country. I particularly enjoy the one in November because I can pick up some special treats for Christmas as well. Click here to read my review of last November’s BBC Good Food Show.

This year’s BBC Good Food Show runs from 30th November 2017 to 3rd December 2017. And as part of my 5th Blog Anniversary celebrations, I am giving away two tickets for this year’s show. You can choose any day for your visit except the Saturday (2nd December 2017) and there are a few extra T&Cs for this giveaway:

  1. Favourite chef? Tough call….
Michel Roux Jr is a nice guy, James Martin is so enthusiastic and sort of blokey, Nigel Slater is clever, and so many Italians – Giorgio locatelli, carlucio, Gino decampo, Aldo Zilli the list goes on and on….Nadiya is lovely too, does she count as a chef?

  2. It has to be Jamie Oliver as he does recipes for all the family and that are easy to create and even a novice like me can cook them and they turn out like master pieces. Even my kids eat what I make so that’s a bonus to

  3. Although she’s new to the TV chef scene, my favourite chef has to be Nadiya Hussain. I love her humour and relaxed style of presenting. Her recipes are do-able, practical and yummy

  4. Nathan Outlaw – I went to a cookery class with him some years ago and it was just the most amazing day – he was such a nice bloke.

  5. My Fave Celeb Chef….. Can’t choose between Mary Berry and Jamie Oliver. Love them!

Haven’t been to the good food show since I was about 16 (about 5 years ago), and used to go with my mum. If I win, I know who I’m taking 🙂

  6. Jamie Oliver. I’m loving his new show and recipes made with just 5 ingredients – it drives me mad when I see a recipe with so many ingredients on it that you need to do a full weekly shop to be able to try it!
