There’s nothing like curling up with a good book and a mug of hot chocolate on a cold Winter’s Day. It’s the perfect way to relax and de-stress during those hectic weeks leading up to Christmas.

I love reading Christmas novels when the days get short and the nights are cold, and I’ve really enjoyed reviewing this year’s batch of Christmas reads. You can already read my reviews of Countdown to Christmas and The Christmas Book Club, and I have a couple more lined up to read before the big day.

    It’s such a hard choice because there are so many good authors to choose from but I think my favourite is Agatha Christie. I first read one of her books when I was 11 and was hooked!!

    Difficult to say one in particular but I do love Victoria Hislop and read her books over and over. I think she has a new one coming out soon so looking forward to that

    I have eclectic reading tastes, and cannot possibly pick just one author! Though if pressed, I would probably opt for Terry Pratchett………….

    That is hard to choose. I love R.C Sherriff who wrote ‘The fortnight in September’, and Also R Delderfield who wrote the heartwarming ‘The avenue goes to War’.
