Are you planning a get-together over the festive period? Feel Good Drinks make a refreshing alcohol-free drinks option.

There are all sorts of reasons why people might not want to choose an alcoholic drink over the festive period. As well as those who are too young to drink, you may have guests who don’t drink for religious reasons. Some might not be drinking because of pregnancy, medication or just because they don’t like the taste of alcohol. And of course don’t forget the designated drivers as well!
But a lot of soft drinks are high in sugar, and it can be a bit boring just drinking another glass of cola or another tonic water. So it’s nice to offer your guests some more interesting soft drink options.
I recently received a gorgeous selection of Feel Good drinks to try out, and I reckon they make a perfect addition to your Christmas party. They’re a delicious blend of 100% natural fruit juice and water, and there’s no added sugar. You can choose from varieties which are refreshingly still or a little bit bubbly, depending on your mood.
The ‘little bit bubbly’ range of lightly sparkling drinks includes Apple & Elderflower, Cranberry & Lime and Orange & Passion Fruit varieties. They are available in 250ml and 750ml glass bottles, and I especially love the tangy Cranberry & Lime flavour.
The ‘refreshingly still’ options include Orange & Mango, Lemon & Elderflower and my personal favourite, Cranberry & Pomegranate. These drinks come in 275ml glass bottles and also in 400ml PET bottles which are great for popping into a packed lunch or gym bag.
I’ve been enjoying one of these drinks mid-afternoon, as an alternative to my usual soft drinks. They’re incredibly refreshing and I love the fact that they aren’t overly sweet and sugary. Definitely a good way to revive yourself and help keep hydrated during the hectic run-up to Christmas!
The Feel Good drinks range make a great party drink. Simply fill a pitcher with one of the 750ml bottles and plenty of ice for a really easy long drink, or you could use the smaller bottles to mix up an individual mocktail.
To make a Marvellous Mojito Mocktail, simply take 3-4 mint leaves and bruise gently by placing them in the palm of one hand, and clapping the other hand onto the leaves. This releases the fragrant oils in the leaves. Add the bruised leaves to a glass with plenty of ice, and pour over Cranberry & Lime Feel Good drink. Squeeze in the juice of one quarter of a lime, and pop it in the glass with another lime quarter.
If you think that sounds delicious, then check back soon as I’ll be sharing more ideas for mocktails here on the blog over the next month.
Feel Good Drinks are widely available in supermarkets, and are a great alcohol-free option for your Christmas celebrations!
